Beautiful day

Despite losing an hour of sleep (damn daylight savings!), I can say that for once I did not have the case of the Mondays. Today was my ideal kind of weather: breezy, warm, and a lot of sun. Just gorgeous! I'm anxious for spring to come so summer can make it's way. I guess I'll always be a tropical gal.

Spring sneaking in

I was driving home today and noticed the world is starting to change again. The trees are red with buds and the warm air is trying to push out the cold. The sky is slightly brighter and the clouds look a little lighter. As I look out my bedroom window, I can see the treeline past my neighbors' houses and the rooftops of houses behind theirs. In only a couple of weeks, they will again be hidden by new growth of lush, green leaves as if they were never there.

Forces

I just listened to a great interview of Robert's views on the universe's energetic forces. I thought I'd share it with you fellow pursuers of truth.

Easy like Sunday morning.

Okay. I'm not watching the game. I can hear the TV downstairs but I'm not so thrilled about watching it. Maybe I'll watch it after I pick up E.T. from work.

I smell some kind of seafood being cooked downstairs. My mom said she made ceviche. I'm sitting at Cat's computer with the biggest shirt and sweatpants on. I'm comfortable. My hair is greasy from not taking a shower. Eeew. I'm sure you wanted to know that. And I smell like sweat. Hmm...

Anyway, I got two Monokuro bowls. Monokuro is my favorite. Look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about. My clothes are in the wash. And I'm putting off cleaning my room yet again. It's Sunday. No need to do anything right? I'm so tired. I have to prepare for the Tigers class tomorrow. We're doing Groundhog Day activities. I haven't even done my tissue box groundhog counting activity thing. I should probably go pick up E.T.

Yeah. Later.

Robyn, one of the teachers at HMCDS wrote me this note. It's so cute!

Okay, that's all. I'm about to watch the Superbowl. I don't care for either team but I'll enjoy the commercials. Whoo hoo!

Funny

I went to the library yesterday and saw these letters on a Redskins license plate: PLSWIN. It made me laugh.
